Our story is not just about a coaching program; it’s a narrative of transformation, risk, and discovery. Founded by Islam Abdullah, a former high-earning IT professional who dared to leave the 9 to 5 grind behind, Path2Purpose was born from a desire to live a life aligned with passion and purpose. Islam’s journey from the corporate world to entrepreneurship and ultimately to coaching is a testament to the belief that it’s never too late to redefine your path and impact the world positively.Â
Born in Egypt and having gained his Bachelor’s degree in Programming in 1994, Islam moved to Australia in 2009. Since then, he has worked as an IT professional for governments, local governments, and large corporates, including Shell, BHP Billiton, and IBM. Despite the financial success and prestige associated with his career, Islam felt unfulfilled, always sensing that something was missing. This realization sparked a deep introspection and ultimately led him to pursue a more meaningful and purpose-driven path.Â
From Challenge
to Change
The failure of Ylemer, a venture close to Islam’s heart, was a turning point. It brought devastating lows and invaluable lessons, highlighting the importance of resilience and the hidden gifts in every setback. This experience, though painful, paved the way for a remarkable transformation. It was in joining forces with Sandy, his wife, to revolutionize her hypnotherapy practice, that Islam rediscovered his abilities, skills, and, most importantly, his calling.Â
